When you submit a quote or work order through our intake form, we collect your contact information (name, email, phone number, and company if provided), the items you want coated or blasted (part names, materials, colors, quantities, service type, and any details or instructions), and photos of the items before work begins and after completion.

2. How we use the information

We use your information to prepare quotes, schedule and manage production, communicate with you about your job, and create estimates and customer records in QuickBooks Online Advanced when staff finalize pricing.

3. Where data is stored

Data is stored in Lovable Cloud, which provides the database and file storage infrastructure for this app. Access is limited to authorized Barrio Logan Powder Coating staff.

4. Sharing with third parties

We only share data with third parties when necessary to run the business. With your approval on the final quote, job details are sent to QuickBooks Online Advanced to create your customer record and estimate. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and analytics

This app uses only essential session cookies needed for authentication and form submissions. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Data retention

Job records and photos are kept for as long as needed for quoting, production, warranty, and customer service. Authorized staff can delete records from the admin system on request.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the information below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
