When customers submit a job through the intake form, we may collect contact information (name, email, phone, company), job details (parts, materials, colors, pretreatment, masking instructions, quantities, and pricing), and before and after photos.

2. How we use the information

We use this information to prepare quotes, manage the production queue, communicate with customers, and create estimates in QuickBooks Online Advanced when staff finalize the job.

3. Where data is stored

Data is stored in the Lovable Cloud backend service (database and storage). This app is built on Lovable Cloud, which provides the platform infrastructure. The app owner is responsible for how that data is used within the application.

4. Sharing with third parties

With your explicit consent and only when staff choose to push a finalized estimate, job data is shared with QuickBooks Online Advanced to create customer records and estimates. We do not sell or share data with other third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and analytics

This app uses only essential session cookies required for authentication and form submissions. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies by default.

6. Data retention

Job records and photos are retained for as long as needed for quoting, production, and customer service. The app owner can delete records from the admin review queue. If you would like data deleted, contact the app owner.

7. Your rights
